Your journey begins from Jammu with a smooth transfer to Katra, the base camp of the Vaishno Devi Yatra. From Katra, pilgrims undertake a spiritual trek of approximately 12 km to reach the Bhawan. The entire route is well-maintained with resting points, medical facilities, and food stalls.
For elderly devotees and families, helicopter service is available (optional) to make the journey easier and time-saving.
After darshan at the holy cave shrine, devotees also visit Bhairavnath Temple, which is considered essential to complete the yatra.
